If you are looking for a venue for group activities please use our link to Forest Connections as we work closely with the Yemm family to ensure that your event is catered for, and causes you the least amount of strife to organise. The Loft is situatated above Gavellers Cafe and has disabled access, should it be required.
If it is a family party, office meeting, children’s birthday party or any similar function, please contact us and allow us to explain what we can offer.
Function Charges 2009/10
Children's Parties to include:
- Personalised birthday cake
- Party food and drinks
- Hire of room in top of café
Up to 25 children £120 + VAT
Up to 50 children £150 + VAT
Conferencing Catering to include:
- Tea and coffee with biscuits: £2.50 per person inc VAT
- Light lunch: £6.00 per person + VAT
Includes: sandwiches, crisps, quiche and tea or coffee
- Cold buffets: £6.50 per person + VAT
Includes: sandwiches, crisps, pork pies, quiche, pasta, samosas etc
- Hot Buffet: £6.50 per person + VAT
Includes: chili con carne, curry, vegetable curry, jacket potato, burgers, sausages, chicken bites, home made soup etc also tea and coffee.
Other options available to all the afore mentioned, from daily specials and menu.
- Private functions:
We can cater to all your requirements and budgets including evening bookings on an individual negotiated price as identified by you.
- Christmas:
Bookings can be made via email or phone for Christmas parties and groups . The menu and availability to be discussed at the time of enquiry.
Please Note that we are not a licensed premises however you can bring you own alcohol and we will charge corkage.
